I have sent an email to [email protected] on 20-Mar-09 to change my tariff plan. After that I have sent more than 20 reminders to '[email protected]', 'Appellate. [email protected]', 'NodalOfficer. [email protected]' but in vain. I have even called customer care & have spoken to retention team, but waste of time. Everytime I call, will have to explain everything from the beginning. I dont understand why they don't update the customer interaction in the system, so that when the customer calls next time, they don't have to waste time in understanding the issue.
