I am facing GPRS problems in Airtel. I already given many complaints regarding the GPRS problem, they are simply holding the complaints 5 days after that the are sending the message as your concern has been resolved. But my concern is still same like that. I am staying. This is shame to Airtel and there customer care exc'tiv are not able to give specific reason and answer, they talked very rudely.
