Non Refund of money

Each time i send a mail to 121@airtelindia.com the auto reply message comes stating

Your mobile number 9892546148 has already been permanently deactivated with effect from 05-Jul-08 as per your request

Till now I have not received any cheque from the Airtel its almost one month; You committed that I will get the cheque with 10 working days i.e on 11th May.

Last time again I called the Customer care (Prashant) he had again raised a ticket (21652961) and told the same answer which I have heard 4 to 5 times from your customer care that the cheque is dispatched. Whenever I am calling the customer care. They are giving me the same answer that the cheque is dispatched but I have not received the same This people are trying to fool the customers the same way as you did me.
