Non disconnection of line even after multiple requests

I had put the disconnect request for my line 01294164535 first time on 2nd March (ref no 67227696) and second time on 12th march (ref no 619351). I had got the confirmation call on 13th march and rep confirmed that 13th march onwards, there will be no charges.
Still I see line as active and charges being accumulated and agents trying to collect the outstanding.
I have called up customer service number of times and sent mail twice without any result. Proof of mails is attached.
If action is not taken immediately, I will be forced to discinnect all my HCL corporate mobile lines and put in bad book of company apart from legal action first through consumer forum.
