Dear Sir,

The company has charged me Rs. 1918.61 on my post paid mobile no-9937092956 in the bill period of 02-03-09 to 01-04-09 in the bill dated 03-04-09. When i saw the bill I immidietly go along with my friend manash biswash to their nearest local dealer (Angul) on 23.04.09 and told thier representative that it is look like over charged to me so kindly provide me the all call details to confirm or satisfaction to payment.

In the matter he takes my mail id from me and enssure that he will be provide me the with in one or two hour so you can go without tension i will provide you.

After waited a whole day when did not get any response from them i called to the customer care which is earlier booked complain that you & your dealer both are not respondig yet their for i am going to make the mail to your high authority but they did not response.

there for i make the to the concerne person whos mail has been register in the TRAI license provider list on behalf of Airtel with the detail of complain & problem.

But after lot of visit, call, mail .they did not provide the call details which has charged to me inspite of that they resume their service on my mobile on the day of my brother's wifes operation.

And it also informed you that all the person who know me has the only number to contect for that you can understand how valueable the no is for me.

So please told me is shouting for own rights is get this result & the Company Like airtel will can any thing with customers

Please do the need full & help me to solve the issue
