Dont trust to Airtel!

I m using airtel connection. My sim was blocked. I just needed a duplicate sim card. I went to all galleries of mumbai but my duplicate sim was not available (128k). So i mailed to its customer care but no response from there. Not even the phone calls are received of mine by their nodal officers. So i tell not to trust airtel!
