Delay in service

Hi,

I had applied for conversion of Airtel's pre paid card to post paid card. Along with the form I gave all the required document with 100 Rs. as a conversion charge on 22nd September 07.

But till today (15 Oct 07) there is no response from their side. Even when I was tried to call/ meet them I was not got any positive response.

Through this forum I would like to say that these kind of companies are only targeting to build their customer size rather then to maintaing the satisfied customer base.
