First the website of Airtel:

It will proudly announce `100 million customers'.

Go to `Reach Airtel', navigate to `customer support' and check it, and then go to the field `Select Region'. That field won't work. That is the end of it.

There is no place for lodging complaints.

Yes, you can lodge your complain if you remember your login and password. There is no easy way to tell them what you feel about their services. You can tell them how you feel only if you follow their path.

Now their office:

I am in Bangalore. I used to visit their Kodihalli office on old airport road for payment of bills etc. I visited that place yesterday to find the shutters down.

When I enquired from the neighbouring shop, a person helpfully mentioned that they have shifted to Indira Nagar. But the Airtel name board was still in position.

Wouldn't they remove the board when they shifted?

Wouldn't they paste a notice on the shutter providing information regarding the new location?

But why should they? They have 100 million customers
