Refund my Balance deducted Rs. 15

Hi Sir,

I am Bhanudas Kashinath Deshmukh. I am currently using Airtel SIM card. My mobile number is 9096735500. Today morning (4-July) my balances is reduced by Rs. 5 and I got SMS on my mobile "Thank you for subscribing to cricket match day pack", but I had not send any SMS to airtel to subscribe such thing or I had not told to subscribe this services. After that, I had given complaint in the Airtel customer care and told about this thing. They told me, you would get your money back after some time. I got my Rs. 5 back.

After some time, again they deduct my Rs 15 from my mobile balances. Send one more SMS “Missed call alerts plus is now active on your mobile”, this services is also not subscribed me.

Please return extra deducted Rs. 15 from my mobile balances. I hope, you will return my extra deducted mobile balances with in 24 hrs.

Currently, I don’t want any extra services from you. Please do not send any SMS or phone call related to the services subscription from now onward.
