I have been trying to contact 121 and 011 44444555 for lodging a complaint about by broadband modem. After a long wait and hearing a lot of offers and bill info I go through the whole gamut and reach the BB complaint. The recorde voice tell me to press 9 so that I can talk to a Customer care Executive. At this point the phone always hangs up. I have made as many as 15 20 calls since last three days from mobile.
