Caller tune forcefully set by AirTel executive

This is a complaint regarding one of your customer care executive, who set caller tune on my number without my consent.

My number is: 9967146262

City: Mumbai

I received a call from AirTel executive on July 4 about the caller tune offer, and without my confirmation I found caller tune set to my number and 30 rupees deducted from my balance.

Notification message for the same was received on July 5 at 10:37:07 a.m.

Two days later another executive from AirTel called me, apologizing for this action and guaranteed to refund back the deducted amount from my balance and also remove caller tune from my number.

Since then no action has been taken from their side. Even the caller tune charges have been deducted for the current month i.e. August with the notification message received on August 04 at 10:58:09 a.m.

Please take some appropriate action towards this misconduct and get my forcefully deducted balance back As Soon As Possible.

Note: I even tried calling at 121 but there is no option to talk to a customer care executive, hence I am bound to complaint like this
