Dear Sir,

We have been an Airtel customer since a very long time, when we signed up for your Telephone Service dated:-24-04 (we have applied for 12 lines) for our Gurgaon Location, form the day one we have encountered inadequacy of service which we had not previously considered possible, as well as ignorance in after sale service also.

As per our historical request to installation & startup our telephone extensions lines but still waiting for your technician to arrive we had already requested to Mr. Pradeep Singh (Mobile No-9999860763) to depute some one who can start my extensions lines but no one can turns up yet.

This, you surely would understand is affecting our daily working and our level of Customer servicing. We would appreciate if this problem solved immediately.
