Pin Blocked PUK required

Hi My name is Sanjay Gupta, my number is 9818228509. After a battery low condition my mobile got switched off. Now when I try to switch it back on it is asking for a PUK number, I tried entering the SIM unlock code, however it does not accept it. Please help.
