Deactivation of non-requested sai-message service

I think I have not requested any service from airtel for any message service, but on what basis they cuts my money from my recharge ie rs.30/-, again, pl.deactivate this service or I have to change my sim card to any other card. This is very bad impression of airtel, they have to give prior instruction, if we use this service the charges will be this. Messages comes from no.64611001, 64611030 and why this numbers are not activate, we can't also call on that no., they says this no.is not available, what is this? really don't understand, keep this line open, why we have to come on complaint registation form, my cell no.9960833674.do it as earlier as. Thankyou!
