Billing Issue

Sir,

I had raised a request to close the post paid connection. After two months I am still getting bills which include the amount for the months which I have not used.the amount has turned out to be 5K They say to take legal actions against this. I dont have any written proof for the proceedings but I have the call details of the people to whom ever I have talked on this maater. Anyone please let me know the way to get thsi issues resolved.
