Cricket score message

After repeated messages airtel is not deactivating cricket score messaging and deducting balance amount and now they are saying daily that it will be deactivated but no refund of money will be given. my number is 9892498954

pls help out to sort this problem it has been more than a week and evey day Rs 3 is deducted.
