I want the refund

I am an Airtel Post paid customer for the last 5 years using a mobile number 9872642625. i usually do not check the details of my Bill, but last month i happened to check it just casually! to my surprise Rs 500 plus taxes were charged for the GPRS, moreover when i called up 121 i came to know GPRS is activated since March till now. and i had been paying app. Rs 555 extra every month for about 6 months. in short i am being charged for the service which i neither requested nor used.

I tried to contact Airtel through 121, after pursuing the matter i was able to get Rs 1100 credit, but i want my full money back. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
