Cheating on customers

I activated a Rs99 unlimited browsing pack.after deducting the amount.the airtel people are telling it will not work on iphone and at the time of subscription it was not mentioned anywhere which handsets are compatible. And now they are not even ready to refund the money nor are accepting their fault.
