Prepaid tariff changes without informing

I had received the message in my mobile from airtel regarding prepaid recharge stating that for recharge of Rs.62/- talk time worth Rs.82/- will be given and the validity is 3 weeks (21 days). I am already in airtel prepaid TM plan for that mobile to mobile is 49 ps and sms is .05 ps and so on.

But to my utter dismay for sms it is deducting 50 ps and for calls 50 ps from saturday night onwards (30.10.32009), Am Airtel prepaid customer from 2001 onwards and i have no compalints so far except this.

I had registered a complaint in airtel regarding this and my ref. no. is1101042894 and I had interacted with one Mr Sathish and I do not know from where he spoke and said that my problem will be solved within 3 hours. so far it is not solved.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and solve the same immediately.

I want my earlier plan to continue and without informing do not chage the plan according to your whims and fancies.

Also am unhappy with the tele service because while talking suddenly many times the line is getting disconnected and I have to again keep on call and press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 76, 8, 9 and so on to get the customer support person on line. My cell no :9840137720. Attend to the problem at once.
