Hello,
I am an airtel user for about 4 years. Recently I activated my mobile office but due to technical faults in your in system it showed that i have been using airtellive and i was constantly charged for surfing. Even though that problem is solved but yet it was really authentic even though problem was from your side i had to make plenty of calls the mobile from which i called they stopped the costumer no. Infact i was the onew who was speaking politely but your CSR were really rash on me... and apart from that i really got frustated with this king of service. It took four days to get my money back and that also i had to phone from my landline. This happened about a month back and yet my costumer service is off when i look to speak to a CSR they say to SMS on AIRTEL for balance. If i face any problem I cant contact any CSR.Is this the kind of service you provide? If it so then I have stop this sim card and use other service.
Other complaint is on MO which is now limited to only 100 MB for a day. This was a service which i used frequently about every week i used to activate MO... but now it has become hard becoz 100 MB is too less for 24 hours.
