Excessive Charging for the use of GPRS Fascility

I have used GPRS fascillity for only one day on dated 11/01/08 and then deactivated but airtel charged me Rs. 75 for the same. Whenever I tried tocall at customer care the avoid it by saying me that the System is not Updated. And after 15-20 days when I called again at Call Center, they are saying me that u had accessed Chargable sites with NOP.Now tell me that How could I access NOP when my GPRS was activated.

Ultimately they are giving me wrong information and trying to avoid me.

Suggest me the steps for the REFUND
