Incorrect deduction of call charges

In recent past quiet often, Air Tel have opted lumsum deduction for the calls made. I have registered complaint against this before with AirTel gallery. They credit the incorrect amount, and again to my balance. But the same repeats practically everyday. How many times we should visit the AirTel Gallery for the same issue. Is there any freedom from this.
