DEDUCTION OF RS 99/ TWICE

On 17/11/09 I received 2 messages from no 54321 with the text " THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING INDO PAK CRICKET 2007 FROM AIRTEL.YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 99.BOLLYWOOD PICS. EVERYDAY-*321*555#" On 18TH I contacted at their helpline 9897012345 they promised me to resolve the dispute. On 19th morning I got a call from airtel representative he informed me that there was a mistake on their part and money will be refunded by 5 pm on 20/11/09 also give me the complaint no 111821664203, but no refund made to me .on 21/11/09 Icalled at no 121 and explained the whole story. I recd a message from 121 about my request giving me a request no 1120301567.On 22/11/09 again received a call from their representative and informed that the issue will be resolved by 24th of november..But no response from airtel till today. You are requested to look into the matter and help me in getting back my money My m no is 9897119860
