On 17/11/09 I received 2 messages from no 54321 with the text " THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING INDO PAK CRICKET 2007 FROM AIRTEL.YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 99.BOLLYWOOD PICS. EVERYDAY-*321*555#" On 18TH I contacted at their helpline 9897012345 they promised me to resolve the dispute. On 19th morning I got a call from airtel representative he informed me that there was a mistake on their part and money will be refunded by 5 pm on 20/11/09 also give me the complaint no 111821664203, but no refund made to me .on 21/11/09 Icalled at no 121 and explained the whole story. I recd a message from 121 about my request giving me a request no 1120301567.On 22/11/09 again received a call from their representative and informed that the issue will be resolved by 24th of november..But no response from airtel till today.
