Gprs not working

I'm a Airtel prepaid consumer of Sahibganj, Jharkhand for several years.

In my mobile set (Nokia 5200) gprs is activated sice long.

Presently I am at Bangalore and my gprs is not working.

I've opted Airtel plan of 30 paise per 50 kb. I have complained to local customer care executive over

phone 121.They shows their inability and advised me to contact to Jharkhand's no:9934099340.

The call on said no (9934099340) are being un responded. I also tried to message (sms) by mobile to 9934099340, but it was also not delivered.

I have several expeiences of this type. Please help me including sending copy of this message to Airtel. Please help me or mail me your inability so that I may proceed further.
