Airtel gprs mobile office

My mobile No. is 9893096421 . I am a gprs mobile office service user but since 25 dyas i have a problem in connecting the internet, sir whenever i connect the net on my mobile phone it is disconnected automatically within 20-40 sec. and a messege comes that communicati failure contact your operator for service

i have many complaint to customer care but i did'nt get any responce please resolve my problem.
