Daily balance debating

My name is ramrao dugale. my mobile number is 9970630322. my GPRS facility is not active but my balance is daily debating by Rs.12 per day.this balance debating starts from 13 or 14 feb up till daily.one time they return me balance at 27 feb but it is half of the my debating balance up till 27 feb. but my balance is daily debating is not stopping. today (11 march) my balance is RS.-3 (minus).

I daily call to the customer-care but i am not satisfied by their answeres.
