Deduct two times rentel charge of Rs.249/- for gprs in the same month

I was started my gprs facility on 24th feb. 2008. The rentel for gprs facility is Rs.249/- for one month.but within 25 days my balance is again deducted by Rs. 249/- i.e on 19th march. for this i have registered the complain to the airtel on 20th march and they said that your balance will return to you.

At the time of starting gprs facality they told me that you can unsubscribed your gprs connection with a day. now I don't want to use the gprs facality for next month i.e after 24th march. but on 23th march when i again call to airtel customer care for unsubscribing gprs facality . they force me to use the gprs facality for the next month. But I am not willing to use it. and they refused to retured my balnce which is deducted.
