Caller tune automatically set

Sir

m ur customer having prepaid airtel connection and

my mobile no. is 9971512199. today caller tune

get automatically set in my mobile no. 9971512199.

and my balance gets reduced from Rs 28 approx to RS1.20

means remaining balance is Rs 1.20. which is totally unfair.

so i request u to do something regarding this case.

plz take some strict actions so that they cant do this

in future.
