MESSAGE FAILED

Hello, I have complaint regarding messages. The messages are not sent and it shows failed and saved msg in outbox. I am facing this problem for many days. First it was shown barred msg and now it is showing failed. So plz solve it. The Airtel number is 9915273264. Thanks for solving in early solution of this problem.
