Attached please find the SCANNED telephone disconnection receipt dated 10thDec’07 as submitted at Airtel Relationship Centre (Lokhandwala/Mumbai).

2) inspite of my repeated reminders I have not received the refund against my disconnected number 9967586224.

• 3) I also have got a complaint number 16203346 dated 7th April’08 against which no ation has been taken.

In meantime my address has also changed which is as follows:
