Very lazy peoples in bill counters

Iam R.R.Thiyagarajan working in a mnc as a senior site engineer i have cug connection with 50 members in our company and iwent to pay bill to adayar airtel relationship center to pay my phone (9940618283) bill, my token number was 129 . on 16 may . the women was sitting in the counter kamatchi devi said counter closed at 7.50 pm i told that iam coming from long distance so take the bill but she refused me to pay the bill and she told me to pay the bill at ascendas it park aitel office .so please take note of this, counter closing schedudled time was 8 pm.
