Deduction of money even after deactivation of GPRS service

Sir,

I requiested for activation of GPRS service on 17-05-08 at 20.45hrs. My message was regestered by the co. and I got returned message that u will get confermation within 4 hrs, however till next day I didn't get any confirmation so I dialled the customer care for the same they said it is already activated on ur phone and because the setting are not proper u r anable to brouse the net. I asked the setting and they provided it.

Still the service was not satisfactory. So I requested to deactivate the GPRS service on 18-05-08 at 22-54hrs & I got confirmation message also for the same. GPRS service on my mobile was disabled immediately however till date (23-05-08) Airtel is cutting Rs 14.95 from my prepaid a/c for no reason. when I contacted the customer care, they informed me that ur GPRS service is still active that is why ur balance is being deducted.
