Connectivity issue

I am using airtel mobile no 9871661777.I stay at Faridabad Sector 21D.10 months back i shifted from first floor of my building to 9th floor. Since then i am facing the problem with airtel there.mY calls go blank, my phone gets disconnected during the call. I made a complaint with Customer care and they sent some people for survey 2 months back. But since then i have been asking for the solution but i have to hear that they are waiting for the survey report. My business is getting effected due to this problem and i have to use my personal land line for making the calls.
