Change of Plan

Dear Sir/Mam,

Myself Vinod Patil Mob. No. 9975720716. i would like to change my no. from postpaid to prepaid and i am interested in 'Friends' plan which will be useful to me.

regarding the same i had the discussion with your customer care executive and i got the information that this plan is only offers to the ported customers not for the existing.

I am using Airtel since 2007 and i was happy with your service. but this policy you must change otherwise you will loose your customers. i personally don't want to change service provider.
