Wrong no calls from pakistan

I too got a missed call from no. 923442148172 on 25th july at 9.44 a.m. i was about to redial who did it when my husband stopped me saying the isd code is from pakistan and dont redial u will lose money. kindly look into the matter as to who is doing this. i dont know anyone in pakistan and how come i am getting call from there.
