Unnecessary cut balance

Repeated requests to your No. 9878434865 and fruitfull action thereto. Your executives being cut Rs. 30/- for deduction of SUBSCRIPTION TO NAUGHTY JOKES. Yesterday my balance was Rs. 23/- something and they deduct Rs. 20/- for the same subscription to informing me that it is for 20 days subscription. What is this?
