GPRS NOT WORKING

My phone number is 9755203800 GPRS activated and I am residing between two Airtel towers but at my home Iam getting signal from one tower that is Mohangaon. Now from 15.7.08 GPRS service is not receiving from above tower but when Iam going to nearest another tower malanjkhand GPRS is receiving. ON 15.07.08 I talk with the call center but still now there is no responce. My phone model 3500 Nokia. Please make repair in the tower which I am mentained above.
