Pathetic service provided by the company

I am from mumbai i might have complaint about this many times but no response is been taken till now. i am not able to speak to the customercare.they say that your account is being deducted because u have activated something. when i ask for more information they just disconnect. i am not understanding what to do. i think i would have to lodge a complaint against the company in the consumer forum or otherwise just solve my query as quickly as possible.my mobile no is 9967705113.
