Dear Sir,

In the month of june I have taken one pre-paid connection with form i have given all revalent documents which agin i have submitted on first week of July. 2 weeks latter my incoming & outgoing was blocked & agin i have submiited all revalent documents Ref No 0608220531 My mobile no is 9910598251. If every month i have to submitted my documents kindly refund my amount given aginst the sim procurment. ITS HORRIBLE TO SUBMITTE DOCUMENTS EVERY TIME.
