POOR SERVICE GPRS

Sir,

I am using AIRTEL mobile 9934926631 for the last 3 yeras. I got activated GPRS on my mobile which worked properly everywhere. But since 26th May'08 the Internt is not working at my resdence whereas it is ok at every other place. I tried my best by lodging complaints at 121 by sending numourous messages, but all in vain.

I request you to please look inti my problem and resolve the same.

I am giving hereunder loaction of my residence in Muzaffarpur (Bihar)

Madnane Lane, Near Juba sahani Park, Opposite HDFC ATM

250 Mtr EASTWARD. Muzaffarpur Bihar.

Sir it was working fine at the above referred place but trouble statred from 26.05.2008. Inbetween only for One day it worked.

Please do a favour by solving my problem
