Missed used my sim

Sir,
I applied for postpaid through airtel agency person, and got sim with the number 9790934680 but as the sim number was not fancy so returned the sim to the airtel person named pandian next day, agent for nittany company his phone no was 9952003178.
He have miss used the sim and i got the bill of Rs 3664.03 . I have not made a single call from that above mentioned sim. Hope you will take action and send the bill to the right person.
