Friends card and a hopeless customer care

I have am also victim of this friends card. I have one airtel MS state number on which I am not able to add Mumbai airtel as a friend. While I asked the dealer through & through nearly 6 times but still! Customer care says something else and these people have some different answers.

CUG error seems the most common. Post some comment if any one has a answer. I hope airtel sees to it that they are aware of what they are serving.
