Airtel Customer care executives are gundas & they are acting like terror with public.

Example: You are keeping all customers record, but we can not trace to customer care executives of any number from executives are calling to us. Why?

They are using with us bad word, debiting amount using his power. But we cant do anything against him, even can not trace them.

Incidents with Me as below :

I have started Miss Call Alert on my no. 9892767840 on 23rd September Service started immediately and amount debited in advance Rs. 15/- but till today that not received any miss call alert. When I switch off my phone, at that time some is calling to me, they are getting reply “Call rejected”

Yesterday i.e 5th October I had called at 5.05 PM & 5.17 pm to customer care executive Mr. Imran regarding above, he has used bad word with me Debited 30/- rs. For that call, in any way. Again called, again they have debited rs. 30/-.

You can check my conversation with Customer Care executive & also Check my call log. You will justify who is rong & who is right.

Requesting to immediate refund of following Amount :

Rs. 30/- Debited by customer care executive on 5.05 Pm on 5/10

Rs. 30/- Debited by customer care executive on 5.17 Pm on 5/10

Rs. 15/- Debited by system Miss Call Alert, which not working on my Number.
