Hi,

My native is srivilliputhur. I went to chennai for official purpose and I was in chennai for 1 month. i got my Airtel prepaid connection last month in chennai and submitted required documents.

I am in roaming (Haryana) now. I was not able to make calls using my number. I called customer care. They replied that the temporary address is not matching with the address given in document. If this is a problem they should inform me atleast before 24 hours such that i can arrange for any other contact number. How come they did not raise any problem for the past 35 days. I could not make a call to my colleagues to get office address in a new state (Haryana) and could not contact my family. I feel bad about Airtel.
