New problem in gprs

From past few days i am experiencing this problem while using airtel gprs... whenever i try to connect it i get a error saying network busy, so i have to keep the phone down for nearly five mins and reconnect again then it connects, if i disconnect the conn and try to reconnect nearly after 15 mins i get the error again so i have to wait again a few minutes and reconnect..this keeps going on & on..so even though i am able to use the service, its just troubling me too much...& the speed is very poor..i never ever used to get such low speeds..
