Automatic activation of caller tune without any request

Airtel is providng a very bad service. i have not requested any caller tune but it is automatically activated to my phone (9871414911) and deducting unneccesary monthly charges.
this is third time happening with me...
please solve my problem as soon as possible & look into the matter seriously...
