AIRTEL CELL SERVICES
RECHARGE VOUCHER

Dear sir,

From Yesterday (29-11-08) onwards airtel offers full recharge with RC.222. But today (30-11-08) morning at 8.52 AM I recharge my cell bearing No.9866959430, with this card Rc.222 then my phone was recharged with Rs.195.58 only. In the afternoon i call the customer care and ask about this matter, then they said that we will send the full amount to you with in four hours, but they did not send. After some time again i call to the customer care then the Executive said that, you have receive any special message for this RC.222/-, I say no. After he said this offer is not for you. (But this offer is for all the Customers). Then i said that i will complaint this matter to the Consumer forum, then he silently add the balance amount. How many people fight about this matter like me.

So i request you to please take the action about this matter.
