I disconnected my Airtel post paid no. 9958222880 in the month of January. After two days I got a call from Airtel saying why you want to disconnect phone. I told the customer care executive, due to bad service I want to disconnect the number. He said Ok, your number will be disconnected within two days. Next month I got a bill in the amount of Rs.756.00 which is correct.
Next month I got a call from Airtel that please pay your bill, I told him that I will pay next month and he was satisfied with my bill date.
Now problem is that, I am not using the number. However, they are sill charging me for the services, which I am not availing. Earlier the unpaid amount was Rs. 756.00 which is correct. But this month I got a unpaid amount bill in the amount of Rs. 1500.00 and more. Now I am very tensed and I don’t know where should I contact for solution. I already contact Airtel outlet but still case has not been solved.
I am ready to pay Rs.756.00 but rest of the amount are not correct. Please assist, looking for positive response.
