No installation of Airtel Broadband despite payment made

Sir,

I had booked a Broadband connection on 11th July 09 and made the payment in advance but till now on 18th no broadband connection has been installed at my residence DDA Flats Munirka New Delhi. Despite several call made to Airtel there has been no response from the company s end. I think the big bosses of Airtel as well as the executives are sleeping at Airtel. Nobody is bothered to listen to the customer. I have never seen such a horrible service from such a big brand not even from MTNL or BSNL. Made calls at customer care Okhla talked with mr Shobhit Mr. Bharat talked at Nodal office with Mr Jatin at 41614777 and now with Mr. Deepak Kumar on his mob. no 9818700687 this is the service. Broadband is not yet installed and nobody interested in enquiring from the customer has the broadband been installed. If supppose it is installed and some problem comes who will help me out? Almighty God can save Airtel!
